First of all, we do not enter the interior of your house or outbuildings for any reason whatsoever, and we do not accept your house keys or garage door opener.   This service is simply to provide you with accurate, in-person information on the security of the access points to your property.  One of our guards will make periodic rounds to make sure that your property is secure, as often as you desire.   In the event that an unlocked/broken door or window or some other problem such as weather damage to your property is discovered, you or your designated contact will be alerted immediately by phone, text message or email.  Police will be notified at the discretion of the security officer on scene or at your personal request.

 

At the completion of each “round” you will receive an email with time-stamped digital pictures of your locked/intact windows and doors to let you know that your home is indeed safe and secure.  Upon your return, you will be given a CD with a full report of every visit including any and all notable occurrences that may have happened.  We can stop by as often or as little as you like!

 

Our staff is trained in all levels of personal security and protection.  We are discreet, accredited, experienced professionals who will give your unoccupied property the scrutiny you need, so that you can enjoy your time away.

 

 

$50	First Visit to check one property (up to 4 doors)
$10	Each additional door per visit.
$25	Each additional visit per day.
$.58/mile	Outside Charlottesville city limits.

For example.... a 5 door-home with a 2 door guest cottage located 20 miles outside of Charlottesville with one daily visit would be priced as follows:

Cost for first visit....

$80 for 7 total doors = $50 for the first 4 doors plus $30 for the other 3 doors.   +  $11.60 for mileage at 20 miles X $.58   =        $91.60  TOTAL

$80	7 total doors at $50 for first 4 doors plus $30 for 3 additional doors.
$11.60	Mileage at 20 miles X $.58 per mile.
